In the heart of the jungle lived a little leopard named Leo. He was fast, oh so fast! “I’m the speediest cat in the whole jungle!” he would boast.

One sunny morning, a big race was announced. The prize? The most delicious, golden mango hanging from the highest branch. “I will win that mango!” Leo declared.

Leo heard her cry. He skidded to a stop and looked back. He could see the finish line and the shiny mango. But he could also see his friend, who was hurt.

“Are you okay, Mona?” Leo asked gently. He helped her stand up, letting her lean on him. “Don’t worry, I’ll help you,” he said.

Leo let Mona climb onto his back. Slowly, they walked to the finish line together. They were the last ones to arrive, long after the other animals.

But all the other animals cheered! “Leo is the true winner!” they shouted. They gave him the big golden mango, and he shared it with everyone. Leo learned that helping a friend was the sweetest prize of all.
